I’m running into a frustrating issue with my Aqara E1 roller blinds integrated via Homey into HomeKit, and I’m hoping someone here has seen this before.
The problem: The reported open percentage is completely wrong. For example, Homey and HomeKit show the blind as 75% open, while in reality it’s fully closed. The blind itself responds fine to commands, but the position feedback is just off.
My setup:
• Aqara E1 roller blind motor
• Homey (latest version)
• HomeKit via Homey’s HomeKit integration
What I’ve tried so far:
• Re-pairing the device in Homey
• Recalibrating the blind motor
• Restarting Homey
Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a known fix, a workaround in Homey flows? Any help appreciated
