I’m a junior applying to uni soon

Hey guys, so I’m applying to several unis soon, some in America and some not

I wanted to ask a few question: when it comes to university applications in general, should I apply to all of them with early decision or regular decision? It’s something that was never made clear to me, some of these unis include ucla, Berkeley, Columbia, UPenn, UNC, USC, NYUAD, and so on

Idk if I should apply early or regular and how it influences the process, any advice? I’m not really familiar with how the process goes

I struggle with kuzushi

Hey guys, I know how delicate judo is and that it takes years to master, and I’m a 2 month white belt and loving the sport, which I know is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to judo

I’ve had lots of good throws so far on one green belt, orange belt, and a white belt in randori, however it’s always tai otoshi or tani oroshi that gets me the ippon, and very rarely ogoshi and tomoe nage

I’ve mastered the basics, uchi mata, osoto gari, ashi barrai, but the reason I can never execute those is because I can never establish a strong kuzushi, I’ve managed to do the other throws pretty well without kuzushi and just timing

How do I master kuzushi or begin to formulate it correctly? What common mistakes may I be doing? Does it differ for every throw?

Would love some advice

I NEED help with my extracurricular profile

Hi guys, so I’m currently a junior and I’ve done lots of things, I’ve been doing a local summer academy which lasts 2 summers, the summer after sophomore year, and summer after junior year

I’ve also done like 7 MUNS winning some awards, and that’s basically it

I have little to no other extracurricular other than this, what extracurriculars can I take up? Online ones are preferable

Judokas, ever been in a situation where you had to use what you were taught for self defense? What happened and how did it go?

Is E and M doable?

Hi guys, next year I plan on doing AP bio and maybe AP physics C, E and M

I liked mechanics but I did struggle a bit, not AP, and got 95% in both years I did mechanics (required by school)

I wanted to know if me doing ap e and m is doable, is the material hard? Will I struggle a lot? Is it doable alongside ap bio? If I take it, should I use the summer to build a foundation on it?

Side note, currently taking ap chem and I enjoyed it, found the workload fine and material a bit challenging but still understood it and loved doing it throughout the year

Not to mention I do see e and m to be fun and entertaining, however I wouldn’t know

Any input would be a great help
