This may be old news, but does anyone know why Morning / Evening has vanished from all the streaming services? I just went to look for it… and it’s nowhere to be seen.

So I have been running in some cheap £40 Asics from Decathalon... but they were wearing out and my runs have got longer, so I decided to upgrade to some Adidas Evo SLs.

What a difference! I did a 10K this morning and absolutely smashed my 5K and 10K PBs. Incredible! Proper running shoes are the way forward!

Having run over 25 parkruns.. and now running regular long solo runs (10k +) I'd love it if parkrun branched out into the occasional 10k. A sort of Parkrun XL.

I guess the market would be a bit niche and mostly already committed runners, which rather defeats the object. But still... I'd love it.
