For all my card orders I use a sleeve and top loader also sandwich 2 pieces of cardboard protectors and on the top, bottom, and both sides I use regular tape to keep it tight. Gets shipped in a bubble mailer. I've never had this problem but buyer states that the card came out and made this damage. I'm assuming he used a knife and cut it too deep when removing the tape on top of the cardboard protector. Should I go and give partial refund or just accept the card back when he ships it and give him full refund and just move on? I just don't want a bad feedback.
