why does my class say 20 percent F on the dashboard, but in the actual thing it says 90. and why aren't the percent completed the same?

hey guys, i was using this piano tuner thing i got from amazon on my piano, and it looked like a wrench, i got it cause my D key was out of tune on the left half of the piano, i was turning the knob thingy and then i heard a snap and now its making this sound on the B key. did i just ruin my thing😰😰 the sound sounds like hitting aluminum foil, anyways PLEASE HELP I JUST GOT THIS FROM A LADY WHOS KIDS USED TO PLAY ON IT AND I SAID I WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT
