Hello there,

I have purchased 2 Joie I spin 360, which our kids absolutely love, but one of them have a pretty big safety issue.

Pretty often, it doesn't lock itself in the right position (we can spin it 180° degrees).

If we try to move it around, tilt it a few times, we sometimes achieve to lock it correctly, but not every time.

I thought that a small rock or something could prevent the mechanism to lock itself, so I used pressured air to remove stuff inside, but it didn't help.

I am very concerned about the safety in this case.

Is it something known? Have you already had that issue, and if so did you manage to fix it?
