Been lifting on and off for like 2 years but never stayed consistent long enough to actually transform.
Current situation:
- ~30% BF
- Most fat sitting on lower belly/love handles
- Strength is mid
- Goal: get down near 18% while keeping/building muscle
This time I’m going full lock-in mode for the next 2 months.
Posting my 3-day split here.
Need honest opinions:
- volume too much/too little?
- bad exercise choices?
- enough for recomp?
- what would you change?
Don’t sugarcoat it. I’d rather fix mistakes now than restart again in 3 months.
Ps. I am getting lower back pain so i am not focusing on back heavy exercises.
