I have been in a relationship with my girl for a year now. For the last few days she's been ignoring me. Today she broke up. She said I was too good for her. After few hours, her friend called me. She said my girl had cancer. That's why she left me. I'm feeling really bad. We are doing long distance. I tried to contact her but she just won't talk. I don't know what to do
