Hello again, once again looking for help id'ing a mask!

This is another I found on ebay like the first, and to me, it almost looks like a splotch gen 1, but the hood suggests it's a gen 2. That said, I don't see the mold lines on the sides of the mouth. No idea what the measurement is, unfortunately.

As always, any help is appreciated!!
