Tried finding an answer to my situation but couldn’t find a helpful answer.

I am planning to book 2 FHR rooms (one for myself, one for my parents).

Each room costs $160/night.

My room is booked under my name and my parents room booked under their name (my dad is an authorized user)

Q1 Would i get $300 credit since the total is $320?

Q2 would i get all of the property/amex benefits for each room including $100 credit for each room? Note that rooms are booked under two different names
