I’m working on a final project for this semester and decided to try CapCut for the edit. I’ve put a few hours into it and I’m ready to export, but I need to grab the Pro features to finish it up the way I want.
The weird thing is, every time I try to upgrade, I get hit with an "unusual activity" error. It seems like the app is insisting that I turn off my VPN before it'll even let the transaction go through.
Is this a common thing? I’m happy to pay for the sub, but it feels like the security protocol is prioritizing the VPN check over actually processing the payment.
Has anyone else run into this while trying to sub for a specific project? Just trying to get this exported before my deadline without losing the work I've already done. Appreciate any insight!
