Recovery after hernia repair with mesh
I had lap. inguinal hernia repair eight weeks ago and had some groin aches after doing some shrub trimming and yard cleanup for a couple of hours. Ok after resting for a few days. Best to take it slow on the recovery. (it may just be an age factor- I am over 80 but in pretty good shape.
