Does anyone know if American reloading has changed hands recently? In the last 6-8 weeks I have noticed a significant downturn in their service. I’m not posting in an effort to torch them, I just sincerely want to know what’s going on.

In the last 2.5 years I’ve done over $12,000 in business with them, which is a significant chunk of my reloading budget. Other than being slow to ship hazmat at times, I’ve never had a complaint. My last several orders though have been frustrating to say the least. Broken open packages of bullets, powder that they “oversold”, shipments that never arrived, shipping labels sent but UPS never actually receives the package. The latest frustration was several hundred of the Lehigh Penetrator 9mm projectiles that never arrived with the other items from the same order.

I’ve reached out via their email posted on the site and usually get a response. They’ve always done their best to remedy the problem, usually with an offer of store credit. However for the last week or so I’ve been ghosted. If anyone has a contact number for them, I’d be very grateful. Dealing with their once a day email responses gets old quick. The only thing I can figure is perhaps they’ve had a shakeup in ownership? If someone here is in the know, please enlighten the rest of us.
