I've gotten my first skateboard yesterday
Would love some help/tips on how to properly get started.

Any stuff I could do to improve my balance on the board? My balance isn't the best in general, would love to know any things I could do to improve on it so I don't fall as often (had already fallen 2 times in my room yesterday while getting the feel for the board).
