I do professional services sales for a global systems integrator. I have a manager but I often find deal coaching time is rare. More often it's mostly forecast calls. I can end up feeling a bit alone at times.
Most of the time I'm figuring it out myself. Second guessing where a deal actually stands and trying to decide what to push on next.
Curious if this is common. How do others handle it...peer networks, frameworks, anything? Has anyone actually found AI useful for this?
Keen to hear from sales managers too and what your prespectives are on coaching time.
