I have 4 accounts totaling about 3500 either closed and charged off or in collections. It’s been about five years since I stopped making payments and I believe I’m past the time they can sue me. My credit is sitting at 579 and I was just approved for two new credit cards with a 300 and 500 dollar limit. My current plan was to spend with these cards and fully pay them off every month and let the delinquent accounts fall off.
