I had to repost as Reddit wouldn’t let me upload photos.

I brought an Epson ET2860 two months ago, and it has never printed straight. I’ve tried test prints, cleaning prints, Photoshop, the Epson App, vertical and horizontal alignment adjustments, etc. I live in the UK so there is no customer service line to call. Does anyone know how to straighten my prints so they print evenly on both sides? I use Epson Presentation Paper, so I know it’s not the paper quality.

The photos show a print I used my Siser to cut, so I know it cut straight. You should be able to see the opposite side of the print where the edges are white and not aligned with the other side of the print.
