I just got back from a free dental help clinic as financially and insurance wise, I'm in a bad spot and this was the only place willing to treat me. The dentist told me she found only two cavities after xrays and briefly assessing my mouth. I'm not sure, as the hole in my molar seems pretty severe. Obviously I'd prefer fillings over an extraction! I'm just wondering if I should try to go to an emergency dental clinic and get a second assessment to be sure.
