New owner of a guards red 718S here. I wanted to ask if others have experienced this too, and how you deal with it.

My wife and I also own a Mini, which we use as our daily driver for a few years now, and since getting the Porsche, I’ve noticed a very different attitude from some people on the road.

Two examples:

• I was driving down a two-way street when a driver waiting to turn left stopped at his light, looked directly at me, and aggressively stuck his tongue out as I passed. It was bizarre.
• Another time, someone overtook me and threw a can at my car from their window backwards.

I’m also getting used to the flashing lights and the occasional teenager trying to race me.

I live in a suburb in Germany, if that gives additional context.

What’s your take on this? For now, I installed a dashcam this weekend.
