Okay so this might be obvious to other people, but mercy on me as this is the first job that's offered benefits for me 😅

So enrollment came around for my FT job after 2 months and starting benefit is 1st of next month. I applied for a few, but to use them do you have acrew funds into the benefits or can you use them right away?

Why - I reallllly need to use the dental insurance that my job offers but dunno if it'd be better to wait a few months after the benefits are in or just set an appointment sometime next month after it's applied.
