I wanted to get some of the backgrounds on Steam for the anniversary. I own the legacy of thieves collection. I have almost sixty hours in the game. My steam shows that, I have enough steam points, but cannot buy the profiles. I bought one of the animated avatars just fine, but cannot buy any of the backgrounds.

Anyone else have this issue? Or can suggest what I should do? I am currently redownloading to see if that fixes things but I have no idea why this wouldn’t work. Next would be to go to Steam support if downloading doesn’t work.
