Hey, all!
Does anyone have experience with the online piercing website Pierced&Lovely?

I ordered some things from there a month ago and, when the order didn’t arrive around the expected date, I sent out an inquiry from the website. I got no response for several days so I sent another one through gmail - again, no answer for several days. Tried texting their online chat bot, tried calling the phone number listed on the website… no response.

It’s been half a month since the delivery date and I can’t get in touch.

Does anyone have any positive experience with them?
