Hi everyone, 🌊

Since there's been some buzz around Sea of Remnants, I’ve put together a comprehensive recap of all the information available so far about this upcoming title from Joker Studio.

To save you some time, here is the "substance" of what's been confirmed for the game:

World & Theme: A vast maritime open-world where exploration is key. The aesthetic leans heavily into high-seas adventure with a unique art style.

Combat & Gameplay: It features naval combat and character-based mechanics. From what we've seen, there’s a strong focus on team synergy and elemental/tactical interactions typical of modern high-quality gachas.

Developers: The game is being developed by Joker Studio (under NetEase), the same studio behind Identity V, which explains the polished art direction.

Platform & Date: Currently slated for a 2026 release, with a confirmed version for PlayStation , PC and mobile.

I’ve made a video covering all these points in detail, showcasing the trailer footage and breaking down the mechanics:

Note on Audio/Accessibility: The video commentary is in French. However, I have made a point to speak very clearly and distinctly. If you use YouTube’s Auto-Translate CC, the translation is very accurate because of the clear articulation.

What are your thoughts on Joker Studio taking on a maritime theme? Do you think the 2026 window is realistic given the current polish? 🙂

Hi everyone! 🙂

I’m reaching out to share a project that I’m truly passionate about. I’ve recently launched a YouTube channel with a simple mission: highlighting indie games that stand out through their ambition or originality.

My approach is meant to be sober and sincere, moving away from the typical "over-hyped" promotion style. I simply want to share my love for the indie scene with fellow enthusiasts.

Note: The audio is in French, but I have ensured clear articulation so that YouTube’s auto-translation provides accurate subtitles for international viewers.

If this type of post isn't appropriate here or violates any community rules, please feel free to remove it. I apologize in advance if that's the case.

As a passionate follower of the indie game scene, I’m sharing a spotlight on Ahoy, a project that stands out for its commitment to historical realism.

Set at the end of the 18th century, the game features impressive accuracy, from authentic ship blueprints to complex sailing mechanics.

Note: The audio is in French, but I have ensured clear articulation so that YouTube’s auto-translation provides accurate subtitles for international viewers.
