Just sharing a little rant.

I'm getting really frustrated. I order a click and collect to be picked up between 10 and 12 and I'm very lucky if it's been prepared by 12. Generally they're ready about 20-30 minutes after the collection time.

I'm thinking of just ordering for first thing in the morning and then picking up whenever I'm ready and bugger their collection windows.
