Whats going on with Decoy?
Decoy is a bar that was supposed to open mid-February where The Basement used to be. They've been radio silent, not posting anything on social media since February 3. They have a sign in the window that says "Nope". Anyone know why they aren't open and why they haven't posted anything in months?
