UPS sucks
Got this email that while I was out for a bit getting some lunch. It came in at 1:45pm.
This time range is the same one they gave me for today. I called UPS but they can't have the person come back and I can't just go pick it up. If I miss it again, it gets sent back. I asked them to send it to me early tomorrow since they screwed up and I won't be available in the afternoon tomorrow.
The guy I spoke to made a note.
(I made sure to communicate that I was aware that I was venting my frustration on him and apologized but also I was pissed so)
