This probably means it's a sphere and not a cone, cylinder nor other geometrical object that extends upwards.

GL-31 Arc Nades don't count towards kill counter
So, I was sure that these never appeared for the kill streak but thought did count towards the kill counter at the end of the mission. Turns out they don't really count at all. I'm wondering if they even count for orders, but I doubt it.
I'm of course also sending a bug report with the video.
