I can’t figure out what this game is but I played it a lot on my nook when I was younger. It was 3D, tank game and cartoony. It was mainly capture the flag, and 3rd person shooter type. You could find and get power ups that could turn you into a stroller that could fit through small gaps in the walls, or a helicopter which was overpowered and could just fly to the flag, and I think there was a power up with multiple guns to shoot out of. All of them could be bought with IRL money though. It was in an arena, it as a very underground game that didn’t get much attention.
