My application for Certificate of Travel got rejected as I did not provide secure address (I didnt know my university accomodation isnt a secure address, and the law film im working with said they can help with providing theirs).

My question is how long does the appeal decision take? Rejection came 2 months later after I sent them my documents, so im curious if anyone went through the same process.

For context, I am from Belarus and need the document to travel, but I cant come back to Belarus, due to my anti Lukashenko political position and very obvious human rights and democratic violations currently going on in the country
