Looking for somewhere to get a pedicure to get rid of my heavy calluses.

I've been to Tippi and Tips and Toes and they barely touched them.

EDIT: not looking for skincare suggestions. This has just gotten out of control after a difficult pregnancy and complications from an emergency c-section. I've never had this issue because I understand routine maintenance, but not being able to consistently get to your feet for over a year will set you back.
