Hello OLED enthusiasts,
I know this question comes up often, but today’s partner store deal with Spring10 discount has me itching for an OLED. I’m coming from a 2023 Sony 75” X90L and don’t have much hands on experience with OLED’s besides reading/doing research on it.
I have a couch at 12’ and I know it’s too far for my current 75”, so I’m worried a 77” would be a minimal to no improvement on that front. But I game with a computer chair in front of couch w/ ps5 pro @ around 10’. Room is dark, with blackout drapes. 83” C5 approx $2,175 vs 77” G5 approx $2,050
I like the idea of having the 77” G5 with the heatsink and high performance, but I think it would be less immersive vs an 83” C5. 83” G5 is unfortunately well beyond my price limit.
With all of these factors in mind, what does everyone think about this? What would you choose in this situation?
