Hello everyone, I am seeking some advice and help as a discussion with an immigration solicitor doesn't make me feel confident.

My wife and I are both Chinese, I have indefinite leave to remain in UK, my wife is still holding Skilled Work Dependent Visa, our baby daughter was born in China, shall we apply for Child family visa to bring her to UK or apply for Dependent visa? The immigration solicitor said we can't apply for family visa and we can only wait for my wife to get ILR as well.

If anyone could please advise on this I'd be grateful!
