I got into my first accident. I was driving down the middle lane to turn left, as I’m approaching a white bmw is coming out from my right side. instead of waiting for me to tuen he drove on the wrong side of the road almost hitting my right back of the car. I moved more left to avoid being hit, at that point I was already turning left. I know I’m at fault for hitting her front bumper but that’s not the issue I’m confused about. at the time the officer asked for any inj*ries and we both said no. but she kept claiming I messed up her suspension but I didn’t hit her wheel. it was more headlight front area. she also states she had a 4k suspension quote prior. now that insurance is involved she wants to say “ we sustained inj*ries “ but she was alone when it happened and she said otherwise to the officer. if she had injuries the officer wouldve had paramedics come. we were there for almost 2 hours and nothing. it just seems off to me. what can I do?
