Has anybody else been experiencing this bug in the app?
Its only been happening the past week and only on shopping orders. If I answer a call, back out of the app and go back into it, or even just starting the order and scanning the first item sometimes. When I click scan item, it just goes to a black screen like the camera isn't working even tho ill back out and check my actual camera to make sure its working and it is with any other app just fine. Not even completely closing spark and reopening it fixes the problem. So I either have to delete the app and re-download it or have to completely restart my phone to get it to work properly again. And that only fixes it unless the first steps happen again and I have to do that whole process over again.. is there any fix to this bullshit? Im getting really tired of sitting in aisles lookin like a creeper waiting for my phone to restart so I can finish my job😅
