I’m looking for a 2BHK flat in/around Kothrud for rent, preferably owner-direct and without brokerage.

Nothing too fancy, just a decent place that’s safe and livable. Semi-furnished/furnished would be great, but open to options. Ready to move in soon would be ideal.
