I'm new in Luxembourg, and as a pre-condition to view an apartment, I'm requested to provide below documents. After review , they might allow me to make a visit.

- last 3 payslips

- employment contract

- copy of ID

- insurance card

Is this normal? Is it a standard practice in Luxembourg ? or a sca.m?

With the above documents, someone can easily open an account or commit a financial fraud, so I'm wondering if this is normal in Luxembourg ?
