I have H. Pylori with some crazy symptoms that caused severe anxiety when I have them. Internal tremors being the main one alongside severe abdominal bloating. My doc has tried the natural route but it isn't working. I need to request prescription antibiotics but I am absolutely terrified to take them. The side effects and the amount of people on here make it sound like absolute hell, but I don't know what my options are. Was it worth it? I'm afraid I will end up with terrible anxiety and in the ER scanning my body constantly for any discomfort. I feel like giving up completely. I can't do this anymore.

Does anyone feel like their middle torso area particularly around the ribs is in a vice? I'm trying to figure out if this is my thyroid or my sibo.
