so I’m 18, I turn 19 in two months I graduated last year and have been working for the union ever since, I make good money but I don’t have a life sunday-Friday 70 hour weeks when I work weekends, I come home fall asleep and go right back, it doesn’t help that we have to shower at work before we leave so I don’t even have to have the motivation to shower at home lol.This is getting tiring and honestly pretty miserable I’m single by choice but I come home alone every night and it’s starting to take a toll on my mental health. The work/life balance at this company is horrible but they pay significantly well any ideas on how I can make my situation more tolerable?
