Note application

Hello everyone. I used to use a Samsung smartphone and I've switched to a Honor. To be brief, I'm looking for a note-taking app that can also function as a checklist with checkboxes. While I could make do with the one on my Honor (because I really like it), I'm looking for a cross-platform app with a roughly similar interface. I've tried Keep and OneNote, but neither suits me as well as Samsung Notes or Honor Notes because I find both lack depth, especially with Google's move to Material 3 and Microsoft's for some other reason I can't explain. However, if anyone knows how to get the Honor or Samsung app on Windows, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks in advance for any replies.
