Spectrum actually being helpful
Going through a tough spot in my life and had trouble paying my spectrum bill. Been kind of stressed since I work from home. Got a random text today about setting up a payment plan. Called and they were so helpful.
They wiped my oldest bill and set up an arrangement for my current bill. I’m now at a zero balance and won’t have a payment til next month. They don’t realize how much pressure they just took off of me. I’ll forever be a customer!
