I got the Riot Gunbuddy today !
A week ago, I flew from Paris to California, USA. I visited Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. By pure chance, I realized I'd be passing Riot Games offices on my way there.
So I decided to relax at a bar across the street, overlooking the offices. Then, in the distance, I thought I spotted someone wearing a sweater with a logo on the back. It was the Riot Games logo.
From that moment on, there was no doubt: I had to talk to him. We started chatting, initially about this person who seemed to be a Riot Games employee. We talked a lot about his job and his responsibilities. Then, he brought up my experience with Valorant and League of Legends. Naturally, he asked me, "Do you have the Riot Gunbuddy?" I answered no, then he asked me for my username and region.
A week later, back home in France, I suddenly had the urge to log into my Riot account, and indeed, the Riot Gunbuddy had arrived! As an added surprise, he also gave me the Riot ward!
It was a wonderful encounter and an excellent conversation with him, I have incredible memories of it.
