I haven’t noticed this before , but my last pickup I scanned my first package and looked at route and it had a pop up to accept or request cancellation. I took it , but wonder if I request cancellation do they assign me another route for the day or what happens?

I’ll try to snap this screen next time I see it, but you guys are probably familiar.
