Got set up with my first set of trays yesterday afternoon. Today will be my first full day of wearing my 1st tray, not noticing much discomfort (so far) the chewy things have really helped. The anchors feel really weird when they are off so hoping that’s a motivator to keep them on as much as possible. Grateful I was finally able to get started!
