Im looking to create a mod where an NPC will change their outfit after certain conditions are met.

For instance, i want Melaran to start the game in his normal robes, but if Sybille Stentor were to die he would then equip a set of court mage robes from this mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/128600 )

Im planning on doing this for multiple NPCs throughout skyrim, for instance, replacement Jarls and their stewards would get a similar treatment!

In addition, if there are any mods like this out there that i have simply missed i would love to dissect them and see if i cant reverse engineer a solution from it!
