The whole reason I picked the CSR was the no BS way of earning and spending rewards with some nice perqs. Since the revamp it’s been nothing but shovelling the stables and at an inflated cost.

Of the Chase cards the only one the appeals to me at all now is the Ritz Carlton card, which I understand we can’t move to. I’ve burned through most of my rewards points already and am fine throwing the rest away.

So, what does the crowd think? I moved my banking to Chase based upon how happy I was with the CSR and am willing to move that along with a new daily driver card. While I’m happy with the bank overall, it’s just another bank. Do I just go to a credit union and open an Amex?
