Hey y'all. I have been on and off kratom(mainly extracts for the passed years) for over 5 years. I have quit multiple times before and always end up back on it. I am currently like 3 weeks into daily usage, and I am going to purge and do what I have to in order to stay sober after this next purge. Mainly letting people help and act as support which I haven't done enough in passed attempts.
As of the passed month, I have spent hours a day stretching/working on the parts of my body that often get injured and lead to relapse. I am writing this because I have noticed that despite definitely feeling the withdraw symptoms in the morning, it hasn't been nearly as bad as times passed and I can't help but think the excessive stretching has something to do with this? I don't know, I am not a doctor and if anyone is please give me your thoughts on this.
I just wanted to post this because maybe this can help someone else who's struggling with the withdraw. Start stretching as much as you can everyday, along with using Vitamin C, and when you do purge perhaps the stretching will also help alleviate the symptoms as it has for me. I am going to start purging within the next 3 days and I will come back to this post to update. I should also mention that I meditate everyday too and I swear this has somehow helped curve the severity of the withdraw symptoms.
