I am 21F and I live with my family still. I have just filed a protection order against my abusive brother that still lives in the same household and he has been served the papers 2 hours ago. He has left but he said he’s planning on doing the same in retaliation so that I won’t be able to stay at my family’s house. Is this possible to file a protection order against the victim to make them leave their house? Knowing him he will lie to the judge, is there anything I can do to prevent this.
