Has been happening a lot lately, but people keep stealing orders in my area, this one was pretty good paying too. Just wondering if there is anything I could do about it in the future? I hate being forced to talk to a robot. In the end I just had to cancel but as I said thefts seem to be ramping up and I cant afford to cancel all the time.

UPDATE!!: Uber contacted me via the app last night and gave me an extra $5 for time wasted. Appears real people might actually be reviewing the botchats
