I hand wash my doll clothes per piece of clothing using baby detergent. I am so scared of color transfer because the black ribbon on Grace's coat transferred on the blue side. I haven't had any accidents since then. How do you guys wash your doll clothes?
After seeing all my dolls together, I realized how different the early Mattel Josefina looks from the late 10's Josefina mold. Luciana is so much slimmer than the other 3
(And yes, my Julie is the only one with wonky eyes but I still love her LOL)
I bought Lea from the same seller who sold me my first 2 dolls: Isabelle and Grace. I was new to collecting and very impulsive at that time so I bought her because she was such a good deal. I ended up loving her more than expected because she's so unique and beautiful. I also have Luciana because I initially just wanted her space outfit but I found a good deal that's cheaper with her included. I ended up loving her because of her hair. The purple streaks are just so lowkey which makes it more fun to style.

What I like about AG is that it's so diverse. We have the historical line, the GOTYs, the nostalgic MAG era, the current era, and so on. How would you describe the vibe of your entire AG collection? Are you more of a historical collector? Do you create your own characters? Do you make your own clothes for them?
As for me, most of my dolls are GOTY. I badly wanted to have a GOTY doll back when I was a kid but I lived overseas so it wasn't possible. I spent my first year just collecting GOTY dolls. Now I'm trying to complete all the face molds. As for outfits, I like the MAG and AG tube era, so mostly stuff from 00's to early 2010's. I also sew some outfits for them because I want them in modern clothes sometimes.
