Does Walmart ever give win back offers for their paid delivery yearly service? I just find I constantly see them advertising new members can get it for $39 but yet they want to still charge me 89. That's enough that I am cancelling and ready to tell them screw off. But was just wondering if they ever offer win back type offers to anyone.

Or is it possible to just sign up again with a different email and get the new price possibly!?
